SECOND TAKE SOUND is a GRAMMY Award Winning recording studio in Midtown Manhattan.

Studio A features a 400’ live room with 4 isolation booths, a 32-channel API 1608 console, a Steinway Model B Grand Piano, a Studer A827 24 track 2” tape machine, and more.

Studio B is our overdubbing, mixing, and mastering suite, with a large isolation booth and a NEVE 5060 Centerpiece.

We have a full staff of engineers and producers, and welcome outside engineers.
